How do I order?
To obtain your price simply choose the product you want, select your quantity and exact specification then upload your design and data where necessary, then buy online through our secure payment gateway and await delivery.
What if I want to order more than 5,000 cards?
If you require more than 5,000 cards, then please email talk@plasticcardhub.co.uk or give us a call on 01625 504004.
How long will my cards take to make?
Due to the bespoke nature of the products our standard turnaround time is 5 working days, with all orders dispatched from our UK manufacturing facility using a signed for courier service. Orders placed after 1pm (GMT+1) will be considered as the next day’s order.
How much will delivery cost and what courier do you use?
Postage and packaging is calculated based on the total order wight and is displayed in the currency of your choice during the checkout process.
Deliveries outside of the UK – We currently use Fedex for international deliveries. Please note the costs shown include relevant duties and taxes (excludes Norway) to expedite the customs process and allow you to receive your order as soon as possible.
Important information for orders outside of the UK – To avoid delays posting your order, please ensure you have provided a valid VAT, Tax or PID number for customs. If you missed this when you registered, you can still enter the information after completing your order. Visit My Account, Customer Information, complete the Additional Information section at the bottom of the page or email talk@plasticcardhub.co.uk quoting your order number.
How do I know what my cards will look like?
Before you add your cards to the basket you can download and print a PDF proof and also view a preview online to ensure you are happy.
Are they credit card quality?
Yes, all the plastic cards we produce at our UK manufacturing facility are made to the same rigorous standards as the cards banks issue.
Can I have different sizes and thickness?
Sorry no, these are all standard credit card size 85.6mm x 54mm, or with an integrated fob 114.2mm x 54mm with a 760 micron thickness.
What if I need a more bespoke finish such as spot UV, glitter or metallic?

What if I have problems placing my order?

How do I add data to my cards?
If you have chosen a product that requires variable data such as a barcode, encoded magnetic stripe or names and numbers then you will need to upload a CSV data file during the design process and follow the instructions to link this to the card design.
How do I create a csv?
To create a csv file you can start with an excel file, make sure your columns have a header row and then save it as a csv format from the file type drop down list. If you have any problems doing this, please use our live chat function and we can talk you through it.
